Menu not showing with Hayley template.

When viewing on my mobile you cannot view responsive option in SlideOut
Also when using SlickNav as an alternaive only certain pages show the mobile menu.

It appears an extension is disabling jQuery on certain pages. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

This issue should be now resolved. I have amend the template to better handle the iframe you are using for your review form which I believe was the only page presenting the issue.
