Menu mismatch in Endeavour

Hi.
I am using the Endeavour template, and a menu in the left side. I am facing the problem that the menu points are not aligned underneath each other. Is there a solution for this?
Try to see attached screendump. It makes it easier to understand.
I am using Joomla 3.3
