Menu links stopped working in Oxygen?

The menu links and other links on the page stopped working? It gives a 404 error. Any ideas?

Hi Roger

A possible cause is that your SEF URLs are set up incorrectly. Try disabling your SEF URLs via your Global Configuration and see if the problems persists.

Hi,

Okay I have tried that and now they are working with the seo sef off. I guess I need to figure out why they wont work with the settings on?
