Maya Template Problem

Hello, I'm trying to use Maya template on a previous install of Joomla and when I go into the template style manage area I'm missing most of the options for the template? Any reason why this may happen? The previous install was a JoomlaXTC install. I've cleared my cache numerous times.

Firstly ensure that you have disabled any plugins related to your previous template (Extensions -> Plugins). Failing that may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further.
