Magnolia - Javascript error - vegas?

Magnolia template - Javascript error. VIrtuemart website. A component, the minicart, isn't working. I sent a support ticket to that company and they identified a Javascript error and said I should fix it. Your guidance would be appreciated.

See attached image sent to me by the other company. The error is identified at the bottom as being in Magnolia.

To resolve try removing the following from your templates index.php (../templates/j51_magnolia/index.php - LINE166)...
