Magnolia demoinstaller hangs during install on AMPPS

I try to install Magnolia demoinstaller on AMPPS, PHP 5.6.
I choose English language and Default English (GB) Sample Data in step 3 but, after that it hangs.
Please help.

changing PHP max_execution_time from 30 to 300
