if you mean the "social links" go to
Components > contacts and choose the contact (sample data-contact)
Chose the 4th tab (Display Options and scrool to bottom, they are there.

the only thing i cant change is the "contact form" texts. if anyone knows how, please help.

In Joomla the contact form text is taken from your language files which can be edited directly (../languages/xx-XX/en-GB.com_contact.ini).
