Looking for a new template provider

Hi,

I'm currently using JoomDev as my template supplier, but they have stopped supporting Joomla templates.

I'm now looking for a new supplier and I like the look of some of your templates.

I just want to clarify a couple of points:

  • I've checked the latest post on this forum and it appears to have gone over 10 days without a response. What is your target response time?
    • I was unable to select a category from the drop menu above. I now realise you need to be a member to do this. Is this a bug?
    Finally, I'm used to working with Helix3. What framework do you use and is it the same on all templates?

Hi Colin

Usually, we would aim to respond to posts within 24 hours. This has been more difficult of late regarding tickets related to Joomla 4. We are currently busy updating our templates for this platform.

There was an issue where a 'New Post' option was available to non members. THis has been resolved and you must be a member before creating a post.

We do not use a framework for our templates. All templates are standalone.

Hi Ciaran,

That's great, thanks.

I will download one of the free versions and see how I get on with it. If it's OK for me, I will update all my sites with Joomla templates.
