London - J51_News not displaying intro image

Hi,
My J51_News module won't display the intro image. A missing image symbol is displayed instead.

¿How could I solve this?

Hi Ciarán,
Is in the homepage. Under the logo. In the contenttop-1 position.
It is the very first thing you can find under the menu.

Hi Juan

The first module under your menu on your homepage appears to be in the showcase position followed by modules in your top-1a, top-2a, top-2b and top-2c positions. There does not appear to be any module in the contenttop-1 position.
