Logo blurry on Hayley Template

I'm having an issue with the logo being blurry. I've tried everything and it seems that the logo is STILL blurry. I don't know if it's some sort of sizing in the template, an issue with Joomla or an issue with how I'm saving it.

I figured out if I made the logo larger than what I needed now it's not blurry.
