List of header Image on MADISON Template

Hallo, I hope somebody can help me.
I'm not able to add header background image because the "select" button doesn't work.
All other functon on template work well but if I presse "select" ("Seleziona" in Italian language ) on the header image pop up nothing happen.
I try to remove template and install again but without result.
See attached image.
