Links in the mobile version of the site do not work when I turn on Google Adsense "Automated Google Ads".

Hello.

Links in the mobile version of the site do not work when I turn on Google Adsense "Automated Google Ads".
When I turn off this option, the site works correctly.
Can this be fixed?
Or there is only one way out - do not use Google's automated ads service.
