Lifestyle template issue with frontend gear menu for print and email.

I had to recently rebuild our website after a crash and reinstalled the Lifestyle template. As seen in attached the photo, the print and email gear menu on articles stays open rather than dropping open on hover. I remember this from before, but cannot find how we fixed it.

Hello

As Joomla uses Bootstrap 2.3, this is the default behavior for all such dropdowns, click enabled/disabled rather than hover enabled. This is to ensure the dropdowns are accessible on touch devices.

thank you for your quick answer! I've searched and cannot find this setting. Is it in the template settings or a joomla setting? Can you point me to the right place? thanks.
