Lifestyle Issues with Header and scrolling

OK...Here is a list of the issues I am having, hopefully can get them resolved because we love this template.

1) Scrolling - I would like the home page to basically end with the menu...disable scrolling for the home page.
2) Header lines - I have set up the home page with a background, which nullifies the need for a logo or any header. There are lines going across the screen that I'd like to eliminate.
3) I've created a "topmenu" copy of the template to place the menu on top with mod to header vertical spacing. In that template, I've place a logo, but I cannot get rid of the lines surrounding it.
4) Ability to scroll is desired for all pages except for the home page.

Let me know if you require admin creds or if you can simple explain how to fix issues.

Hi Ken

1. To disable scroll you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters..


html {

    overflow-y: hidden;

}


You will need to create a separate template style specifically for your homepage to which you will add the above CSS. For details on creating multiple template styles please check out the following tutorial... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/creating-multiple-template-styles

2. Remove these lines you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters..


.header_bar {

    display: none;

}


3. To remove the top and bottom border surrounding the logo try using the following..


.header_bar {

    border-top: none;

    border-bottom: none;

}

Thanks for that, looks like we've made good progress...I'm still having an issue with #3, (border around logo)...I've tried your suggestion, but it seems that took away the lines for the header bar but the lines around the logo...

I may be confused regarding the lines you are refering to. Would you have a URL to an example of these lines? An image indicating the lines?

Are you seeing these lines with a particular browser? Checking on FIreFox there is no lines in the URL provided. A screenshot would be ideal so we can see what you are seeing.
