I am using "Lifestyle" for a new site. Even though it is an older template, it still seems to be the best J51 template for a full screen image background.

My question is about the Homepage Grid Gallery. I want to make the background transparent, and I don't plan to use the Grid Gallery for any other purpose on this template. Is it possible? I have been playing with different CSS files to no avail.

Thanks,
kcomvid

Hello

Would you have a URL to an example of your Grid Gallery module?

Hello Ciarán

Thanks for the quick response.

Unfortunately I am still in development, so the site is only on my local WAMP server. I can only say that it is the Grid Gallery module that came with the Lifestyle template, which I purchased earlier this year. I would be happy to send you any code that would be helpful.

Hello

In what module position have you placed your GridGallery? The background indicated appears to be from the position rather than the module itself.

Hello Ciaran,

The Lifestyle template includes a module called "Homepage Grid Gallery". I am using that -- I have not changed the module position. On the module it says that it is in bottom-1a position.

Thank you

To amend you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

#container_bottom1_modules .wrapper960 {
background-color: transparent;
}

Hello Ciarán

Unfortunately that custom CSS did not work. I am wondering if it has something to do with the "block holder" in that area of code?
I will be away from this project for a few days, so don't worry if I do not reply.

Hello

Strange. Hard for us to say for sure what the solution is without a live example of the site. May I suggest getting back to us once your site is available online and we will examine this query further.
