Hi

Google was showing my site as not mobile-friendly with content wider than screen and links too close together and resources that could not be accessed.

I updated the template (Letterpress), but that did not fix the issue.

I then tried removing the following two lines from my robots.txt file and the site passed as mobile-friendly:

Disallow: /images/
Disallow: /templates/

Does this leave a security hole in the site? If so is there a better fix?

Thank-you for your advice

Hi Jude

No this would not cause you any issues as the robot.txt is only related to what search engines can crawl within your site. Google would need access to these folders to get a true representation of your site.
