the domain: neu.szabo.co.at
On the mobile Version i´ve the "wrong" menu Icon. (SZS Mobile1.jpg)
How is it possible to change this to the new style (Menu new.jpg)

Your appear to be using an older version of the LetterPress template. To amend you can update your template with the latest download (http://joomla51.com/tutorials/item/updating-your-template).
