Letterpress and resonate installation problems

Hi there,

this is the second template which is problematic for me.
I have bought several templates without any install problems but here, I uploaded the demo installer, the joomla installation works fine without any errors or compatibility problems but when done, my demo website doed not uses any of the template files or modules and I really don't know why !! The template itself that is present in the templates folder on the server is not even recognized or listed in the joomla administration !!
Please help me with that, I have to advance wuth theletterpress today and I'm kind of stuck before having even started !

Hello

Could you confirm for me that you have selected 'Default English (XX) Sample Data' under 'Install Sample Data' on the 3rd step of your Joomla installation to import the demo content for your template.

Hi and thx

I managed to get it working by reinstalling the template and module through the administration panel.
I have installed the Default English data but I choose French for the Joomla installation, could it be the problem ?

The demo installer is a copy of Joomla with the demo content included as a sample data option. This demo installer included with your template is in English with an option to install the French language pack after your you have completed the Joomla installation.
