letter press and ecommerce

Hi there

I am interested in buying the letterpress template but I have a few questions:
1. I want to use it as an ecommerce site and was thinking of using the hikashop component. Does your template support that, can you see that being a problem at all?
2. What sort of support do you have with the purchase of this template? Is it just forum support and if so, how quickly could I expect a response?
3. Do you provide a demo installation with the download?

Hi Ruth

1. To date we haven't had any reported issues with the Hikashop component.

2. All support is through the forum here. We would always try and answer any queries within 24 hours but you should expect a reply sooner than that. Note we are based in GMT.

3. Yes the template includes a demo installer (Joomla 3.1)
