Layer Slideshow title background color & transparency

I am wondering if there is a way to make the title and caption background on the layer slideshow a 30% transparent color? I'm using it with the Jasmine template. Everything I tried make the text transparent also.

Never mind. I figured this out on my own.

rgba(76, 175, 80, 0.3) /* Green background with 30% opacity */
