Kodaline menu issues

Hello! I use Kodaline and I have 1 template for start page and 1 template for other pages.
Main menu works fine on start page template, but some menu items are missing on other pages template. I use main menu for both and I can't find anything wrong. Any ideas?

This issue should be now resolved. There was a z-index issue related to some of your custom CSS which should be now resolved.
