Kindle header hide

Is there a way to make the header dissapiar.
I tried to add #header {display: none;} in the custom css box, but it removes the menu and logo also.
i want to hide only the white line from the picture i've attached

Could you try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters....


#header {

    background-color: transparent !important;

}
