Just purchased Emani J4 template

My intention is to buy a joomla 4 template, so I choose Emani.
This template has been there for some time, so I hope most problems are already solved (if any occurred...)
But it seems that I now downloaded a Joomla 3 demo and am in doubt if the Emani template that I received can be used in Joomla4.

Did I do something wrong?
There was only a choice on the start of the website to choose between J3 and J4.

Sorry for asking something which is probably obvious to all other users.
