Hi Tony

This appears to a language file issue. Uppercase text like this should usually be replaced with matching text for your language (en-GB) however it appears the associated language file is not accessible. Is there a plugin you are using in this area of the form?

Sorted. Used the default recaptcha in Joomla 3 version 2 and this worked fine
