Juliet - update copyright date automatically

How do I modify Juliet so the copyright date will update automatically? You showed us how to change php/layouts/base.php in Serenity. I don't find base.php in Juliet.

In our Juliet template the base.php has been moved to ../templates/j51_juliet/inc/layouts/base.php
