Joomla upgrade with old template

Hi there,

I am currently using the J51 - Florence template, bought 2015, on my website with Joomla 3. I would like to upgrade to Joomla 4 and wonder, whether a compatible version of the template is around? If not, what can I do? I am not a web designer and would love to have a smooth way to use my website in future with Joomla 4 without much hassle. Can you suggest any ideas?
