Joomla Error after installing Nina V4

I installed the latest version of Nina V4 and when I go to view the website I get thye following error.
0 Class "Joomla\Plugin\Behaviour\Taggable\Extension\Taggable" not found

its a joomla error
delete file: administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php and your site will work again
