Hi,
I'm using J51 Willow on a web site - and got the following fatal error after joomla 3.8 upgrade:
[25-Sep-2017 06:27:17 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/beersheba1/public_html/libraries/regularlabs/helpers/protect.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/php') in /home/beersheba1/public_html/plugins/system/sliders/sliders.php on line 97

Can you help?

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you

Have you since resolved this issue as we are unable to replicate it? Possibly since disabling the 'System - Regular Labs - Sliders' plugin?

my apologies - I thought this plugin was part of the original template package, but realised now that it was an external plugin that we had installed.

If you update to Joomla 3.8.0 through the Installatron update function you get problems with the Regular Labs framework (also with the Alledia framework) because the Installatron update deletes some files or database entries. Re-installing the Regular Labs extensions solves the problem.

Workaround: Update by clicking the update to 3.8.0 link in the Joomla backend. Removing data from Installatron (just the data, not the website! This option is under 'files & tables'). Import the website into Installatron.
