Joomla 2.5 and Neptune

Are there any pitfalls with trying to use the Neptune template with Joomla 2.5? I have a plug-in I want to use and it does not support Joomla 1.5 I didn't like 1.6 and never played with 1.7. I am contemplating installing 2.5 over my 1.5.23.

Hi Wayne

As long as you have the latest update of the template you should not have any issues. The latest version will mention Joomla 2.5 in the install files containing folder.

Afternoon Ciaran,

Now the question that begs to to addressed is if I can load J2.5 over top that 1.5.23 site of mine that uses Neptune that you and I are messing with. How much additional for Neptune 2.5? I bought it in Oct 2011 as order #8829 and I'm willing to pony up the extra.
