Hello,
I have assigned a different template to the homepage ( i.c. with full-width slider and all other pages no slider ).
How can I disable the slider in responsive view ?

Hello

To just reduce the height of your header on touch devices try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

.touch #header_bg {

    height: 230px !important;

}


To hide the slideshow you can also add the following...

.touch .vegas-slide {

    display: none;

}
