I have a joomla 3.4.1 installation using J51 Boss. The slideshow at http://gigglinggoatdairy.com/gig/index.php/about-us does not show the directional arrows, just a white square where each arrow should be. The image files, next.png and prev.png are present in the module's img folder. The 'Next' and 'Previous' tooltips appear on mouseover. My other sites, using different J51 templates and the slideshow module appropriate to the template do not have this issue.

Hello

It appears the background of your buttons is the same color as your navigation arrows, making them invisible. To amend may I suggest editing your arrow images directly to the color of your choice. You will find them located at the following URLs...
