J51 Slideshow module appears but no pictures.

Hello,
I´m trying to put the J51 Slideshow module on my website and it doesn´t work, I have a Kindle51 template and I do all the instructions in the tutorial. Pictures are uploaded in the media manager, module manager image directory settings are OK, slide image size match the pictures size. I have put the showcase position and in the menu I put that only in the index page, here is the result: http://www.buitengewoonzijn.nl You see the slideshow but no pictures. What to do?

Hi Joeban

As you are using Joomla 2.5 may I suggest enabling jQuery via the slideshow modules parameters (Extensions -> Module Manager -> [YourSlideshow] - > jQuery).

Issues can arise if the image file names are in uppercase. I have converted these to lowercase which appears to have resolved the issue.

As PNGs your images were very large (1.86 MB) so I also converted them to JPG to reduce the file size.

Hi,
I'm having this issue with the LetterPress template - it started by only showing three photos from the selected folder (which I'd like to know how to fix - couldn't find max image #).
Then they stopped appearing on the homepage only - still showed on other pages.
Now they don't show up on any page, but there's still space for the module. I made sure all photo names are in lowercase and .jpg format. OH I stared at the page wondering what to try to fix it, and one of the six images in the selected folder appeared for a half second!!

Also, when a showcase module is published, my other smaller slideshow in sidecolumnB disappears. But when I unpublish the showcase module, the smaller slideshow in sidecolumnB appears again.

Did I break something along the way?! :blink:
