I'm trying to figure out why I'm having trouble accessing "options" on the J51 Showcase module. I have attached a screenshot to show what I mean.

Upon further inspection, I am also getting nothing for gridgallery modules etc...

Please help.

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Please note that I recently upgraded (today) to Joomla 3.2.2 but I was still experiencing the same problem before the upgrade.

I have just found that when I use the "isis" admin template the options display just fine but when I use the (preferred) Hathor admin template the options disappear.... This seems to be a Joomla 3.1~.2 issue...

I'd prefer to get back to using the Hathor template but I guess I can live without for now.

Please advise....

Thank you George

However we don't appear to be able to access your Joomla administration login. We have tested on both Firefox and Chrome and get a blank white screen in both.

Ok, so apparently when I "switch to Hathor" while using Isis I can edit the modules and components normally but this doesn't allow other users to log in.

I'm afraid to "log out" and try to test to see whether or not I too would receive the blank screen. When I tried to log in as Joomla51, I too received a blank screen until I changed the template back to Hathor... But then I am unable to access the configuration elements on the back end.

This is really really confusing...

Ok, it would appear that I too am "locked out" of my site...

UGH!

I found this article and followed the directions to no avail.... http://www.joomlabamboo.com/blog/how-to-joomla/how-to-fix-a-blank-screen-after-upgrading-to-joomla-3-2

Can you determine anything like this?

A bit of a shot in the dark this but you could try renaming your hathor template folder (../administrator/templates) to something else (eg. hathor1) and see if your admin template defaults back to isis.

That worked!

Now back to the original issue of not having the configuration elements for each module :(

Would you like to take a look with your credentials now?

Thanks for the quick response!

There appears to be an issue with your Joomla installation as no tabs are available in any of your modules including your Joomla default modules. Also other little issues like missing icons etc. Have you installed any plugins which may be effecting the layout of your Joomla administration?

I am not sure....

I installed JCK Editor this morning but that was to see if the Joomla 3.2.2 editor was part of the issue. I have since disabled it.

I will look over all of my plugins, etc... to see if I can track down the issue.

I appreciate your help.

I will post any findings here.

Ok.....

I seem to have everything back "in order"...

The culprit seems to have been the Plugin "Pinteresting" found here: http://crewdesigns.net/studio/119-pinteresting-extension

I am, of course, not sure why it doesn't work but it is disabled and now the "tabs" are all working...
