J51 Renovate template responsive issue

HI,
I am using j51 renovate on a web site, and have discovered that at resolutions between 1120px and 1020px the main menu disappears and is not visible at all.The mobile menu kicks at at 1020px or smaller.
In addition the slideshow does not fill the full width at this resolution - allowing background images to appear surrounding the slideshow. See attached

Great service!
It seems that the slideshow still does not fill the whole slideshow area on smaller screens - and the background image appears below/above the slideshow image.
You can see this at screen resolutions of 1100px and smaller.
