Hello,

I need some help to fix my problem about the language flag.

I have set two template one for French and one for English. I have the first on by default with French and the second one in English ( j51 Pivilege en).
I have set the Menu inside the template options. The Firts one in French I set the Menu fr, the second one in English I set the Menu en.
I have assigned all the French menu and the main menu for the template by default
I have assigned the English menu for the template j51 Pivilege en.

Then I have activated the modules Menu-fr and and the Menu-en. I set the position_01 for both.
I have activated the plug in Filter language and the module change language.

All my French Menu has the language French and the articles too. All my English Menu has the language English and the articles too.

I can see my French Menu with the flag French only and I don't see the flag english..
When I tape http://www.mirkadesign.com/index.php?lang=fr I can see the result
I have tried with http://www.mirkadesign.com/index.php?lang=en and I don't see my english Menu
you can clic on the links and the see the problem.

I would like to fix the problem and to fix it..

What is the best process to fix my problem?
Do I miss a step?
Could you help me?

Thank you for your help

Thank you Emeric

Everything was set up correctly with the exception that the default menu item (About us) in your English menu was disabled. I have made the 'Home' menu item in this menu the default and all appears to be now working correctly.

Hello Ciaran,

Great! I wasn't so bad lol..;)

Thank you for your help I miss just this step...
I have just two question?
The module Menu Fr and Menu En are disabled. If I understand well, your template set automatically the menu position and it is not necessary to active the menu to make them appeared..
Is it correct my understanding?

The last one is what is the best position for the Menu change language... I have tried showcase but I can see the flag but there are inside the banner and no click is possible. For the position breadcrumb too.
I set the position top1b..
Is there another better position?

Thank you for your help. I appreciated it well..

Have a good day..

Hi Emeric

Yes this is correct... as the menu is created by the template, there is no need for the menu modules. To avoid confusion we have disabled them for you.

May I suggest the following article which details how to create a module position in the header area of your template. This is often the best solution for the languages module...
