I bought the template and I do not want to change the way for smartphones.

how can I edit this?

Try removing the following from the head of your templates index.php (../templates/j51_presence/index.php)..

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1"/>

The added CSS doesn't appear to be showing on your stylesheet. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com so we can investigate this issue further.
