Hi!

I'm using J51 Oxygen Joomla template and I just wanted to ask why the print icon doesn't show despite having it set on "show."

Please advise on what I should be checking or looking for. Any help will be greatly appreciated. For reference, here's the draft webiste: http://francishousecenter.org/

Thank you.

Sincerely,

John

Hi John

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com so we can have a look at your Joomla settings.

It appears your icons were simply disabled via the menu items parameters. I have enabled them for the homepage (Menus -> Main Menu -> Home -> Article Options), you may need to do the same for the rest of your menu items.

Hi Ciaran,
I am using the same template and the problem I have is a bit different - Only one icon shows if both print and email icons are enabled from the global article options (all my menus are set to use Global setting). If both enabled, only email icon shows up, If I disable the email icon, then the print icon shows up. Looks as if there is no space to show both icons. When I switch to another template, I do see both icons in all articles.

Unfortunately, I am still developing the website and it is not accessible from the internet yet.

I am using Joomla! 2.5.4. Any idea what might be causing this?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi euealt

Its hard to say for sure the cause without access to your site but is this issue present on all browsers or just one particular browser?

May I suggest adding the following CSS to the Custom CSS of your templates parameters...
.actions li {margin-top: -10px;}
