Hi, my site has been running happily on the free version of Oxygen until recently when its suggenly stopped working. Is this likely to be because you've modified oxygen and its now a paid template?

Hello

There is a commercial version of your template available however this in no was should effect the working of your current site. Could you detail for us in what way it has stopped working?

hi Ciaran

the site simply stopped loading, and investigating with my ISP we found that by shifting to a different template it then worked fine, shifting back to oxygen and it then stopped.

I resolved this yesterday by purchasing the paid version from you, don't begudge the ten euros, site then worked fine.

However, today the ISP has taken the site down after finding over 300 files infected with malware. I guess this may be linked to the problem with the slideshow?

Hello

The slideshow should only account for one infected file. This file is located at ../modules/mod_AutsonSlideshow/tmpl/default.php. As you appear to be no longer using this extension you can remove the mod_AutsonSlideshow folder completely (../modules/mod_AutsonSlideshow).
