Is template responsive? My client has galaxy windows 8 phone. he says the site sometimes does not resize and that the menus do not work on that phone.

Our Novation template is not responsive so your site should appear on your mobile device as it does on your desktop monitor.

Regarding your menu there appears to be a conflict with the script behind your menu dropdown and one of the plugins used on your site. When working correctly the dropdown menu should have a smooth animation as seen on the template demo. To find which plugin is causing the conflict I would suggest disabling each installed plugin one by one within your Plugin Manager until the dropdown functions correctly.
