Tell me how to make the background to the module mod_j51imagelinkhove as done in your example.

Have you tried adding style-box to the Module Classs Suffix field of your templates parameters?

The screenshot taken from the template demo shows a module using the style-box variation which surrounds your module position with a box. To achieve this add style-box to the ]Module Class Suffix field of your modules parameters.
