J51_Nina: Website offline causes a «403 Forbidden» error

Hi Ciaran

I just bought your brandnew and very nice template «Nina». My website was set up by using your demo installer. As soon is the website is configured as «offline» the frontend causes a «403 Forbidden» error. When the website is online, the frontend is displayed normally.
