J51 News Module J6 compatibility

Hello.

Has anyone tried the J51 News module on Joomla 6 yet?
Mine is working fine on Joomla 5 with Skylar template but not on J6. I tried on a test site and I just can't get it to work correctly. It tends to be displayed all the time on all pages instead of just on the homepage.
Any ideas how to get it to work on J6?
