Hi Ciaran

I been away for a long time due to health, but I am finally getting around to updating my sites. I intend using J51_naomi template, however I have an issue with the download itself. Several CSS files are blank, the files are in folder CSS/ BASE/ GLOBAL/ colors_alternative.css, colors_standard.css, fonts-local_roboto.css, fonts-web_fira-sans.css, fonts-web_roboto+noto-sans.css. I don't know if this why I am struggling with changing things on the local website, I have downloaded the 2024 version several times and they have the same problem, same blank CSS files. Can you please check the Zip file (J51_Bianca_J4_unzip1st.zip).

I also checked the MEDIA/TEMPLATES/SITE/colors_alternative.css, colors_standard.css, fonts-local_roboto.css, fonts-web_fira-sans.css, fonts-web_roboto+noto-sans.css, and the same files are blank.

I would like be able to change the Item-title for articles from H2 to H3,

Cheers

Firstly can I just correct you, I am using Naomi and you are referencing Bianca Template

in your text you stated: 'Can you please check the Zip file (J51_Bianca_J4_unzip1st.zip).'

I just downloaded the Naomi Template again and same issue the files in the CSS Global Folder are Zero Bytes, they are definetly there, now whether they are supposed do anything I can't say, but going by the names of files they change Header/Logo style/Colour area.

Hi Paul

That does seem strange as these files do not exist in the Bianca template download. May I ask what version of Joomla are you using?

To amend the item-titles try adding the following to the Head Custom Code field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Template Manager -> YourTemplate -> Custom Code -> Head Custom Code)...

<script>
  document.addEventListener("DOMContentLoaded", function() {
    document.querySelectorAll('.page-header h2').forEach(element => {
      const h3 = document.createElement('h3');
      h3.innerHTML = element.innerHTML;
      element.parentNode.replaceChild(h3, element);
    });
  });
</script>
