Hy Ciaran probably i've found wich is the problem.
I have an image Header and if not set it google page speed is 95/100 and the problem above-the-fold not reported.
If i set an image google page speed reported problem with the content above-the-fold.
Probably image header background (set in template style) hide the content of the home page to google
Do yuo think can do something with custom css to set header to not hide the content?
Probably the Header image backgorund is extended to all the template but you don't see it because in each module position there is a transparent set (see the image attacched and probably you understand what i'd like to have if possible).
I hope yuo understand what i mean

Is the issue still present if you disable the HTML compression?

i tried to disabile the compression of the plugin jch optimize and disable the gzip compression by htaccess but the issue is still present.
The issue is solved if i dont' set an image backround from template style setting

It sounds like an issue there may be an issue with the header slideshow script however it appears to be unique to your site. Presuming you intend to only display a single image in your header, I can remove this script for you? Tell me what you remove so if it will be an update of the template i will remove again it by myself.

Can i remove also the header when the web site is displayed on tablet and smartphone?
