J51_LayerSlideshow not changing image

PHP Version: 8.0.20

Purchased the J51 Kinvara version for Joomla 4.
Am presently using the previous version on Joomla 3, and have a test installation for the upgrade.
But, I am having a couple of issues:

1: The contact image (profile image) is not showing. (Obviously not a big issue).
2: I can't get the J51_LayerSlideshow to change base image.
The texts are changing, but not the image. I have tried all sorts of variations but nothing changes.
-Yes, I am on the correct template, I have tried them all... lol

Here is perhaps a better view of what I have done...
Frontpage shows no image in the Module position, but (as you see) the text is showing but no image.

Just a heads-up... I changed default template to another one I have purchased here... and suddenly the Layslideshow works.
In short, this indicates a problem with the Kinvara template. Hopefully there will be an update soon.

Just to confirm.
I have purchased the Jasmine template. All works there too.
So this is clearly a bug with the Kinvara.

Strangely I am unable to replicate this issue Just to confirm that I have understood you correctly, here are the steps I have taken.

1. Navigated to your Module Manager and opened the Showcase - Example Style 1 instance of your LayerSlideshow module
2. Replaced the first image (water) in the images tab
3, Refreshed the frontpage - image has been updated with the new image

Correct... BUT, this is only a problem with the template Kinvara.
The other templates work fine... therefore it seems to work.

Ah yes. I see the issue now. Does installing the LayerSlideshow module bundled with your Kinvara template resolve the issue for you?

No.
The original problem was from a straight defaulkt installation from the complete package.
The LayerSlide module there now, was an attempt to get it fixed... but that didn't help.
But as you see, it works for the other templates.

A smaller issue with the template... but I will start a new thread for it (so as not to confuse issues).

i have the same problem with "kinvara" and the slider, not slide the picture
