Hello,

were using the J51_sophia template with j51_Layerslideshow on our site. Unlike background-Images that can be aligned with "center center", Images are aligned to "top left". So when cut off at height, the lower parts from the images are disapearing.
We thought it would be more appealing, when images were fixed at the center of the slider instead of its corner.

It seems there is no option to do that and trying to write a css-workaround did not bring in a result. Anyone got an idea?

Best Regard

Hey there,

thank you for the response. We found a small workaround to solve our Problem. When wie set a fixed height fort the Slider in different sizes, we were get the images themselve to the center of the visible area. It may be a little quick and dirty, but it worked for our problem.

@media (min-width: 1367px) {.layerslideshow .img-fill{
margin: 0px auto;
height:600px;
position:relative;
}
}
.layerslideshow .img-fill img{
margin: 0;
position: absolute;
top: 50%;
-ms-transform: translateY(-50%);
transform: translateY(-50%);

Hello

Would you have a URL to an example of your slideshow? By default, the slideshow should display the complete image so positioning should be irrelevant.
