J51 - ImageHover Gallery displays wrong

hi. i have J51 - ImageHover Gallery running and am trying to set the website to have 3 cokumns with images for each.....

if i choose 3 it displays 2 with the 3rd below.... if i chose 4 colums it will display 3 with the 4th below etc etc!! i have tried different-sized images but it will not display 3 in a row!

any ideas please
