J51 Image Hover Module

Hello,
I found this module very useful but I wanted to ask you something:
trying to create a collage of images of different sizes (all with hover) on the homepage of my website even if you set a different size for the various modules they are displayed all the same size, generating (for smaller images) large white backgrounds.
Do you have a solution?
