j51_Icons - habitat template

I have a query about the module j51_Icons -- Is it possible to add html in the Icon Description field ? I'd like to add a hyperlink within some text for a ...[more] when clicking to take through to a specific article. I realise the icon itself has a URL but I don't think this is obvious enough, especially for devices that don't do 'hover', like ipad etc.

I've tried adding my description in html, but it's stripped out and I get basic text once saved.

Can you provide a code edit for me, if this is not available by default ?

Hello

To do so you will have to edit one of the core module files. Open your modules XML file (../modules/mod_j51icons/mod_j51icons.xml) and do a find and replace of every instance of the following...


type="textarea"


And replace with....


type="textarea" filter="raw"


You should then be able to save HTML in to your modules description fields.
