J51-Icon extension not working

I am using the J51-Icons extension on a paid template, however, I am missing some attributes, according to the image on the demo page. I need to get the icon left and text right, but it doesn't allow me to do that as the attribute is missing on my extension.

When I publish the module I get this: "The server returned a "500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong." Is there other setting? (Joomla 4)

I have tested your icons module with a Font Awesome icon it appears to work in both Chrome and Firefox. As Joomla 4 is now using Font Awesome 5, ensure that you add both classes to the icon class field... fab fa-joomla
